just put them on my wish list, looks good! I'd prefer one without that coin area though, in case you're looking for other layouts. I can't even remember the last time I used a coin to pay for anything.
An other thing you could bring to market would be plastic spring loaded (flip up) "oh shit" handles. I currently have the Bartact paracord handles installed but am not really a fan. Looks like some grandmother's knitting project and they swing around within my eye sight all the time, not sure I'll get used to that.
A grab handle that mounts to the same screws like the paracord ones, but solid and hinged with a spring inside, so when not in use they flip up and out of the way like in many cars today. Nice matte black plastic and reasonable price and I'll order 4 immediately.

It is still possible to put things under the organizer
i would assume. i had something similar in my 2016 GMC Canyon and i could still store stuff underneath. They are nice to have, i love mine. I'll get one for my Bronco for sure

No matter what I design it seems to affect the airbag
I don't know, but I also don't think so, if something could be designed that is mounted on those screws and sticks maybe half an inch away from the plastic? The side airbags deploy downwards along the windows, not inwards.
Of course I have no idea what liability/legalities might or might not be involved, it's just something I'd like to have, the paracord knitting project is just not pretty.
I'd look into it, if you can get something designed that won't interfere with the airbags, I think people would buy it.
Nice grab handle that folds up and out of the way, no swinging paracord mini hammocks in the windows.
If nobody makes it, I might just put something together myself, buy a set from VW or other and figure out a mounting structure underneath. Doesn't even have to be all that pretty all the way up there in the dark under the roof. Just functional. Just need to give some stability for passengers on bouncy trails.
