One more question. My window sticker says, “ramp one- and has a code of RF35”. Does that mean anything? Thanks again!
That's your ramp @ your destination city. You can probably look up the CSX ramp codes; I only have them for UP.

Well we’ve gone from a software & networking issue to ordering a front axle shaft due to solenoid that engages the front axle being bad. As evidenced by the fact that disconnecting it and reconnecting cleared the error.

Which sounds a lot like we unplugged it and plugged it back in so that must be it to me. I don’t speak car mechanics but this is sounding a lot more involved. Comments? Advice? Crayon pictorials of what an axle shaft and a solenoid is? 😅

Dang, a few vehicles just showed on my dealer's united road list, including 2 Bronco's with a 1/7 and 1/12 blend. There goes my hope of a short list, haha. The most frequent truck transport I see only carries 3 at a time. Maybe mine will show up on the list later today.

Pizza tracker doesn't load anymore. It must have deleted me. But this one is still in la-la land, lol.

Hey!!! At least you have a shipped/in progress with some kind of action-4. I CANT move from in production. I’m convinced at this point that she is LOST or was somehow sucked into the Bermuda Triangle never to be seen again.

Update for the last out of purgatory contest: We've raised ~$335 so far. Being last is going to stuck, but at least someone will be able to buy some nice accessories for themselves. Or some alcohol.

Meagan,
IF indeed the root of the issue is an axle solenoid that is good. From what I "think" this is, that the under normal driving the back wheels are engaged but the front "axles" the pipe that connects the wheels to the transmission via a transfer case, still spins but is not engaged or connected to wheel itself via a gear that sucks up into the axle. The solenoid is a little holder that keeps it away from the gear and when needed it will release to engage the axle to spin the tires in front, thus giving you 4 wheel drive.

I have spent the better part of the morning visiting a couple of local print shops to get more information on what material would be best for the sill plates. Both of them told me the same thing, that what I was using is the best for the application due to durability and price point. They said the next thing to use would be a carbon fiber vinyl as well. I did learn something while I was out doing it this morning. I explained to them that I was looking for thicker material to use. They explained to me that the ticker the material the cheaper the product is, which blew my mind. I would have thought it would have been opposite of that. Anyway all that to say this, I am going to offer the current material I use for outdoor decals (ie car decals) and carbon fiber. Give me a couple of days and I will put them on my site. These will be a little more expensive due to the fact that it will take more time for me to cut them and "weed" them, meaning pull the cut part of the design out. And they will be a little larger then some of the others just to offer maximum coverage. I am also going to offer other designs as well. Thanks Campers.....
Thicker calendared vinyl tends to have a memory and it pulls away from the edges/shrinks. Curves are a problem as calendared vinyl tends to want to pull away. It can also bubble.

Cast vinyl costs a lot more but it is thinner, uses less aggressive adhesive so it can be removed easily or repositioned and cast tends to stay where it's stuck without the shrink. Cast is definitely the preferred vinyl for auto wraps. 3M and Avery are excellent. Many other brands are garbage.

Have you considered having the logo printed instead of cut? Latex printing would be ideal.

no updates here, still 2/24 expected delivery. I did see a car hauler at my dealership this morning and almost wrecked trying to find a green Bronco, but it looked to be all Transits...

I asked about getting them printed, and you are looking at $40 bucks for the front and $30.00 bucks for the rears, and that's my cost. Another popular place people are buying them from is using either 3M or Oracle. I have used Oracle for many years on outdoor stuff, it holds up well.

So these are the designs I have come up with so far, don't really want to offer many due to just keeping up with them. What do you all think? The back door ones would either be blank or have the horse in them. I'm trying to keep it simple to keep the cost down, less work I have to do the cheaper they are if you know what I mean.

Well, we aren't picking up the Bronco tonight. 13 year old pup injured herself and has to go to the vet. Rescheduled the pickup for Wednesday evening after work.
