Snow in Dallas means I get to slide around a bit.

Dropped coin on upgrades.
Brandview Rearview camera mirror
Go Rhino d6 running boards
Husky floor liners
Magnaflow cat back for 2.3l
Audiocontrol d-5.1300 amplifier
Already had Focal 6.5 components for the front (which will require customization of the grill)
And soon will get the JL 10inch slim enclosed sub (to mount to tailgate)
Still figuring out rear speakers, may get custom pods made. And will be getting the Dynamat Bronco full vehicle kit from my buddy who works there.
This is week 1 of having the bronco. My wife is gonna kill me

Buy a hard top (painted EG hopefully), add side steps and 4 pin tow.

With deliveries just around the corner, let's kick this off. Anything pretty much goes from major mods, regular maintenance, a good wash and wax or coated it mud off roading.

Dropped it off for the RPG perch collars, new wheels, 37s install.
Nice, Post up your thoughts and pics after you pick it up.

Decided to switch up this β€œpaint the grille” thing we see some doing and have a different take on it.
I wanted to simulate an even closer tribute to the EB.
As best I could with a stock BL grille. I do believe the deeper inset base grille would lend an even better result.
This is just placed up there (not snapped all the way in) so I could gauge whether I really liked it or not.
Im considering adding a small drop shadow with an airbrush just at the edge of the red to make it appear deeper than it is.

Open to critique/criticism on this. It’s thinking outside the box a bit and it made me nervous to paint a brand new part.

But I like how it’s turning out. Like maybe this should have/could have been what it needed. I’ve always felt they needed the color brought around a bit more instead of a plastic add-on grille look alone.

Dude that looks awesome. It’s such a subtle change but it really does add a lot to the grille design. Add this to my future upgrade list!

Mounted my front plate in a more agreeable position. Piece of AL flatbar (13x2x1/4"), a few holes and Bob's Your Uncle.

Thanks a lot!
I'll post up pics when it is done again this weekend.
I tried the "drop shadow" trick with the airbrush, was not a fan of the overall look.
So I have the whole grille sanded down and going to spray it grey again, re-tape out the perimeter and paint it red. I MAY attempt the shadow trick again with a more judicious bit of airbrush (first attempt ended up too dark, too wide).

Either way, I'll post up pics of the final installed grille once it is done.

I appreciate all the positive comments!
