JUST GOT HOME WITH HER. I literally double checked my garage that it’s real, LOL. It does not feel real right now, lol.

Ill post some pics in a bit, Im going to pull it back out of the garage and finish peeling plastic, and put the floor mats in, etc… I was starving I am just finally sitting down to eat some lunch. 1 piece of toast does not hold me over all day til 3pm, lol.

Dealer experience was fantastic. Crossroads Ford of Dunn-Benson were stellar. My sales lady Elaine, the GM Greg & the internet sales manager Mike were all honest and transparent from the beginning. No funny business at all. Didnt care who we financed with or if I traded anything in (which I thought was part of the deal in the beginning based on one thing I signed & agreed to…) but they didn't care, and kept their deal on the price of the Bronco (MSRP). They found us a 2.5% interest rate, which is acceptable. They also give you 3 free oil changes/tire rotations and really do seem like a great dealership when it comes down to it. Very happy with my experience.

My ford pass points showed up today, I only got the 42k. I “thought” our original order was hard top and switched to soft, which would have given me another 200k, but honestly that was so long ago, I have no idea. Weren’t we supposed to get 20k for the reservation and waiting period?

Interested in this. I also only got 42

I just posted a thread about this because I was in the same situation. I called ford and they confirmed I had points available but they had to be activated by the dealer. It took 2 people in the parts department a while but they finally found the 200k and the 20k rewards they had to “redeem”. Now all 262,000 show up on my app.

Do you recommend I call Ford first, before going to the dealer?

Do you recommend I call Ford first, before going to the dealer?

I just call the normal ford cs # .. it might have been programed in my phone
Said Reward Points and spoke to a nice lady who looked up my account ad verified that the 62K points I have is the correct amount.

The 200K points were for those orders that converted from the hard top to the soft top.
I was not one of those orders. I stuck to the hard top the whole time.

As a person that has spent time off road, it is always great to have someone on the team with the winch. I just sucks when you are the winch holder having to drag everyone out of the mess.
