My ford pass points showed up today, I only got the 42k. I “thought” our original order was hard top and switched to soft, which would have given me another 200k, but honestly that was so long ago, I have no idea. Weren’t we supposed to get 20k for the reservation and waiting period?
I believe the 200k was only if you originally ordered the Modular top. MIC top orders are not eligible.

Dealership got in touch with Ford Rep and Rep mentioned the reason mine is held up and not shipped could be due to either QC or Chip Shortage. So baffled how they can't tell.
The Ford Rep said they're making it priority for gate release from the factory.
🤞 Still showing In Production on 1/6 EDD went from 1/30 to 2/10. No way it will arrive to CA by 2/10 but hopefully making it a priority helps... Who knows! 🤷‍♂️
Get your salesman to contact Ford Rep to make yours a priority to gate release from Factory.

It has to be the tow package.. it looks like alot of us purgatorians have it.
I don’t think it’s the Tow. I have a WildTrak with every sin except MIC (Tow, Lux, 2.7, Squatch, etc.) and it’s in my frozen shut garage currently. It’s most likely on Ice Mountain waiting on a Chip or two. Just my 2 cents…

After 568 days of waiting since placing a pre-order, we FINALLY took delivery of our beautiful 2022 Outerbanks 4-door last night. I know my wife is a member of the forums here somewhere and she can share more details about the dealership experience.

I will have more pictures and content to share with you all very soon.

Below is my summation of what's going on with us "First batchers". Consider this "gut theory" but there's enough there to gain a more realistic sense of where we stand. I'm in the 12-23 group, but I was completed on 1-4-22.

This is my current guide on the Bronco status. I've come up with this based on many phone calls, and posts on this site. I will say this is best for us mid Dec to current build dates, but I can't say this advice is 100% accurate. Here's how we have the best understanding of where we stand.

Our status shows that we're in production, and we show an EDD
- The EDD is really the estimate for when our Bronco's will be completed at the factory. The CS people might show a range (mine is 2/8-2/14), that date will change (the Thursday?) after it's produced.

Call CS and ask if you have a chip issue. Builds with chip issues are being marked as such. Ask the CS person to give you the date range, not the later date only. The reason for this is I was told that "I go back into blend on the 8th and it should be completed by the 14th (see above.) Once completed, the real "Dealer to me" EDD will get updated.
