Extra plastic bin taped inside console?

Took delivery of my Bronco last week. Have pretty much everything figured out on it, but this has me stumped...

This small plastic bin was inside my center console, literally held in upside down with a piece of tape. I can't find anyplace it fits or any use for it, what am I missing?

yep, locks into place, but will slide back and forth.

Sorry, but it does not work that way at a large corporation There is a payout scale, though when people are involved in patents, but its very different that an "individual, self-employed" filed patent
