Now I know why there's a drinking game for "My dealer said..." I definitely think a bunch of us know these Broncos MUCH better than Ford salesmen (I still love mine, though).
It is a great looking rig!

I texted my salesman. Will deal with him and Ford on this. Thank you!
The “standard” bumper that you have looks very much like the “capable” bumper that has D-rings. Did you upgrade to the capable bumper?

There's no option to upgrade to the capable. It's either the capable or the modular on the WT. Both appear to have D rings, per the build and price on Ford.com. I think they stuck a different bumper on mine. I'll get it sorted...or I won't. :)

If there’s no option to upgrade to the capable, wouldn’t it be either standard or modular? And you didn’t upgrade to modular, that leaves you with the standard bumper.

The build and price clearly shows the D rings on the capable as well as the modular.
The build and price clearly shows the standard bumper for Wildtrak is plastic without any rings or mounts. It also clearly shows that the upgraded bumper option is the modular bumper.
The bumper you are showing pictures of is the capable bumper with D rings. That is the standard bumper on the Badlands. It is not even available on the Wildtrak.
Looks like you ordered and received a standard plastic bumper on your WT.

You and I must have different build and price sites then. This is a picture from the build and price for the MY22 WT from visiting today. There are two bumper options, the one it comes with (call it standard or capable) and the modular. The below clearly shows the D rings on the WT without selecting the modular bumper (you can see it's not selected in the red circle on the right).

Seems to me like both bumper options are supposed to have D rings. Again, this isn't the biggest issue, I just like them more and want what I ordered.

That is definitely not the capable bumper on yours, I have it on mine with the rings. My window sticker does say " steel front bumper" so I would check that if you are suppose to have it. Good luck!

There are only two bumper choices for the WildTrak on build and price (for MY22, which mine is), both have D rings. Not sure why they've introduced a bumper that looks exactly like the build and price minus the D rings. Maybe there's a global shortage on D rings.

What does it say on your window sticker?

nothing, since i didn't choose the modular option.
If it doesn’t list any bumper on your window sticker, you didn’t get an upgraded bumper. The standard bumper has no D-rings. Perhaps the picture from the build and price is wrong. My window sticker lists all of the options whether they’re standard on a wild trak or not. Sorry you got the standard bumper, but at least you didn’t pay for an upgrade you didn’t get.

Okay, thank you to everyone playing along at home. I think Ford put the Outter Banks bumper (no D rings) on my WildTrak versus the WildTrak bumper (which is supposed to have D rings).

Here's the OBX (notice no D rings):

And here's the WildTrak (D rings!!):

Neither of these are the modular bumper. They are both the bumpers that come with the respective trucks before selecting a single option (other than the blue I selected for both).

Anybody want an OBX front bumper, becuase mine is getting replaced (probably some time in 2024)?
According to the 2022 bronco Order guide (sorry having trouble with a link) It looks like the Wildtrack is suppose to the get the same bumper as the Outerbanks but the build and price picture is showing the capable bumper. Very confusing and misleading when trying to make a decision on upgrades or not.
