If you are truly in production, you are ahead of all of us and that would make sense that they gave you a delivery week. Either the dealer maybe misspoke or the CS person was wrong (or not giving you all the info), or some combination maybe. Have you ever been given a Vin?

Yes i got a Vin from my sales lady with my original 2/7 build week
Then i got an email from Ford a day after my sales lady told me i had been pushed to 2/21 build week
The email says i have been scheduled for production and is scheduled to be bulit week of 2/21.
Maybe the Ford representative i spoke to said i was scheduled, not in production lol
Either way i was just curious in no way am I complaining after some of you have been waiting over a year plus

Well, I guess I’m now in the 2/28 group. Earlier this week I was told by Customer Service I had a build day of 2/21 (not week) and my dealer just told me I now have a build day of 2/28 (not build week). I was originally 2/7 build week, then 2/14 build week , 2/21 build week (with a 2/21 build day) and now 2/28 build day.

Thanks for the heads up, apparently build day over build week doesn't much matter. I am guessing I will find out shortly I am right there with you.

Whoop there it is, annnnnddddddd, I just got bumped to week of 2/28. knew it was coming and there will be another bump or two at least before the build happens. Been waiting this long, not like there is anything we can do.

Hmm tracking isn’t working for me now and so i called the Bronco hotline and was told that all they can see is that I’m in the ordering phase and would be told when the build week would be.

Is this consistent with people getting moved to a different build week?

That has not been my experience. I just got off the phone with them to find out about that week switch and she said, I see where you were initially 2/23 and now are 2/28 week. The two times I have spoken with them they could see everything and were very forthcoming. The inconsistencies never cease to amaze me.

I wonder if the difference is the general customer service staff versus the Bronco marketing staff. I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure there is a specific group dedicated to Bronco orders.

You are right there absolutely is, but every time I call, they ask me which vehicle I am calling about and they immediately dispatch me to the Bronco team.
