Picked mine up yesterday at Gullo Ford in Conroe. Because I financed it, had to sit through the sales pitch for all the add-ons in Finance Mgr office. Asked him to meet the Flood price and he couldn't. Also, glad I had my interest rate settled before I walked in because they quoted me 1% higher. Finance then met my number. Daryle Nelson, Fleet/Internet manager made the transaction quick and easy otherwise -- second car I've bought through him.

Initial impressions:

1. Eruption Green is way better in person than I expected. It's not 90's Toyota Camry green but more Masters golf green. The metallic paint is stunning.

2. The 2.7 is plenty powerful and I'm surprised at how nice it pulls from a stop. Gearing and low end torque is tuned nicely for city.

3. Cruised home down I-45 to Hardy Toll Road at 80-85 with no problems at all. Yes it's loud but not THAT loud. Steering is spot on and stable at speed even with Sasquatch.

4. Got a rock chip in window at about 11 miles on the odometer.

5. B&O stereo, SYNC4, Wireless Car Play -- all work flawlessly. B&O is plenty loud enough to drown out wind noise.

6. Removing OBX running boards today. They're worthless and get in the way.

7. Love the painted mirrors and black grille/white letters on OBX pkg.

Attaching a few pictures from yesterday/this morning. Glad I waited and did not pull the trigger on the Defender 110. Was *thisclose* to buying it. I would have regretted not seeing this through to the end.

563 days since reserved
24 days since blend date
ETA 02/02 but it's still not shipped. No one at Ford can tell us why?

I have the same eta! 22 days since my blend. Still sitting tight in production.

I like that green more and more. The roast looks great with it.

I just got off phone with Alyssa from cs (i know i have talked to her before). This was my 4th call, previous 3 said bronco is built and waiting pick up. Monday our est delivery changed from 1/22 to 2/11. Our dealership is zero help. Alyssa today informed me it isnt even built yet. WHAT? After a bunch of questions she just kept saying the same thing. It could be the tow package, the lux or micro chip. But refused to even acknowledge the question of why then would hundreds or even thousands of broncos been built and delivered since then? So frustrating.
I spoke with Alyssa a few days ago and she told me the same thing basically. Even though I was previously told that it had been built.

Does yours have the tow package? I was thinking maybe thats why mine is in production and not completed yet - maybe waiting on that or something? I dont know. Just wondering if something common if all ours stuck

Sorry towboater, we are same as you with lack of info, “in production” and zero reason why they tell us it is done but waiting for delivery except our new expected delivery date is 2/11 and we are only 5 hrs from map.
I know the feeling... we are 15 mins... 20 mins max from MAP lol

HE'S HEEEERE!!! I got this email from United Road tracking this morning. My dealer texted me a few minutes later saying it'll be offloaded around noon, and to expect a phone call!!
It's being taken to their partnership auto garage for some mods, so I can't have it yet, but HE'S HERE!!
Definitely stopping by after work to grab some photos and maybe give him a lil' test drive 😍

Well I’ve been in Rail Yard Purgatory for 8 days now. I have asked my dealership if I can get visitation rights at some point. I see y’all putting a bunch of faith in to your “delivery date” on the trackers….don’t, it’s just another lie from Ford. 563 days of fun…so far.

From looking at the purgatory tab in the spreadsheet, it looks like most of us in purgatory have tow. But there have been many Broncos from our build week and following build weeks with tow that have been built and shipped, so who knows?

@Ford Motor Company do you know?

Do I torture myself and call Ford CS again? It has been about a week. Dealer is saying it is literally just sitting there but yet he has received Broncos for the past two weeks, one built after mine 😡

So I have an interesting development.. while my window sticker said I'd be shipped via convoy, I checked the United Road tracker this morning and my Bronco shows as being at the rail yard in Jackson, MS waiting to be delivered with an estimated delivery date of today! I'm not sure where the confusion with my window sticker saying convoy but it sitting at a rail yard came from... But it's progress!
