Just got off the phone with Gullo Ford. Bronco is in inspection and make ready right now. Blocked off Thursday 2pm for delivery. 47 miles away so it’s not super convenient.

BTW it’s an EG OBX SAS Lux 4Dr 2.7 MIC with the brown interior. Going to order some bronze KMC Technic 0 offset and keep stock Goodyears for now.

Future mods may include ARB bumpers front and rear. I’m an old Land Cruiser guy and I only trust ARB.

I really appreciate the forum and your thread participation. Been lurking here for months but never posted.
Congrats!!!

What does your pizza tracker show...still, In Production, with no check mark?
pizza tracker for me doesn’t work. When I switched dealers due to the previous (who is on that naughty list) the tracker stopped working. Status always shows contact dealer even though the dealer on his end tried to do what he can to fix it. Regardless dealer confirmed last week it was on a rail so we’re all just twiddling our thumbs waiting haha.

So it is real after all….

I will be picking it up after work. I think I’m legitimately going to cry.

Hi...i dont see your data in the Tracking Spreadsheet for our build week. The link to it is on Page 1, Post 1.

If you add your info (from your window sticker) at the bottom of the list on the DATA tab, i will move you into the correct location. Please dont sort it...we finally got it aligned by Rotation Number and Blend date.

Thanks...and welcome to the Purgatory Party!
I am the other half of the nfearno34 purgatory team.

Welp. False alarm. First delivery date jan 16th came and went...2nd delivery date today has almost passed. VB and several other color Broncos were delivered today Just not mine. When I called Cs to ask what was up their response was "your Bronco is built but the issue is we are waiting for enough vehicles to load up to transport to your dealership. So it looks like your delivery has pushed back to Jan 29th to Feb 4th."...uhm...first off today was my delivery date.. And a truck delivered today to my dealership...a WHOLE 15 mins from MAP. Just not mine. Wish i could just pick up Especially seeing as their charging me $1,500 for a 15 min transport. 🙄 So i still sit in purgatory my friend's...I don't want the golden cat 😂
Do you have a check mark on your pizza tracker for, In Production?

The thing about tires is that it's all a game of compromise and you really should buy tires based on how you will actually use them.

For example, I'm in Florida so I'm in a lot of stop & go traffic and aggressive driving where stopping power and quick maneuvering is a must. Rain is also a huge consideration here so I need excellent wet traction. It's a few hours drive to get anywhere truly "off-road" so there is no point in everyday driving noisy off-road tires that don't perform well on the highway. I run a completely separate set for those trips. Daily life is much safer, quieter, and more comfortable that way.

Based on what you're saying, you may want to consider a hybrid tire. If I had to choose only 1 set that would give me pretty good on-road performance with far more than enough tread to handle sand, I'd start with Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

These are really highly rated "do it all" tires. It's a compromise so they're not perfect at anything but they're very good at taking on most situations.

This is a very good point. I drive all back roads and tend to drive almost 100 miles a day between work and my kids’ activities. Snow isn’t really a common issue, but ice is.
