Mine is off today, but I figure I'll give it a couple more days before harassing him. 😂
I'd love a surprise delivery! I made a United Road account, though, so every delivery my dealership takes, I see in an email notification. I figure either way, I should find something out before the end of the week. Just trying (and failing) to be patient.
I would definitely contact them as soon as you can, like I said CSX still shows in Chicago and United shows Inactive but my dealer just called me again a few hours ago and said it's arrived, about to be off loaded from the train and should be ready for them to pick up tomorrow. I've heard from a few people their status from United never changed from inactive even after they took delivery. So idk seems like for some people these tracking systems never update.

My estimated delivery date was updated today from 1/22 to 2/01. Unfortunately, I have to be out of town for some family business that Tuesday to Thursday or Friday so I won't be able to pick it up right away now! SHIT!

I need help, as part of the customer satisfaction fund, my dealer agreed to throw in some $$$$ and upgrade my tires since he knows I want bigger then are standard on the base, I’ll make up the difference in the purchase. I know NOTHING about tires. I know I want 32” put on but that is all. I will only be off-roading on drive on beaches so don’t really need anything crazy. What are some decent brands/models? He said send him a list of some I like and he will see what he can do. Since I will be paying for part of them, I don’t want anything crazy priced and high end since technically I don’t need tires, it’s just a want. I just want a decent tire that will handle the sand well and are about the Black Diamond model size.I am keeping the base wheels for now.

at least you ddint tell him to google " how to check my backdoor" like someone did in the past.
lol Someone really said that?

Forums have been super helpful for me in the past and continue to be even more now with all the Bronco stuff. Just trying to spread that same kind of help to others who may not know. :giggle:

Ok guys how are you all doing your down payments? I haven't made a brand new car purchase before (my husband has however).. and on top of my trade in we are probably dropping around 20k for the down payment. Should I bring a bank check in or do it digitally? I know my hubs did it digitally with his Stinger but had to call the bank while there so they would approve the transaction and not decline it as fraud. Is one way better than the other?

I know Im getting close and getting overwhelmed with the little stuff now, LOL.

My last 2 car purchases I put the down payment on a credit card and paid it off right after. So I got the 2.5% back on that :)

That's great! I suck with tires but I know I like the look of BF Goodrich A/T K02s. I had good luck with them on a truck I had many years ago as well (Maybe a pre K02 version). There is another BFG tire I like someone had recommended that looked similar but I can't remember which one. Let me see if I saved a screen shot.
