Well ladies and gentlemen, my train tracking journey has come to an end. My car was delivered to its final rail yard at 0651am. I am officially out of things to track and at the mercy of the dealership to tell me it has arrived. God speed all!

Mine left for Cayce at 2am.
My United Road tracking does still say "DCX DIXIANA RAIL RAMP (CSX)" for pickup.

Looking at the map the area for Cayce looks like a true Railyard (lots of rail lanes) and the Dixiana spot a few miles away looks like a little pull over area. I wonder if it's too congested at Cayce to also manage pickups so they train tow loads over to Dixiana for actual storage or pickup & loading.

I think mine was stuck in Greenwood SC until a backup at Cayce got cleared and now it's waiting at Cayce for the backup at Dixiana to clear out a bit. Domino effect. Here is a similar zoomed out map showing the distance. Super close.

This might be a good indicator for me....when did yours leave MAP? If mine leaves today, then I can add however many days between when yours left to today, and maybe get an idea of when it'll be at that rail yard in SC.

So, that's a week behind me IF mine left/leaves today..... The CS lady gave me the car number, CTTX 692709..... I have yet to look at rail tracking so I have to learn all this today....since I've been in purgatory.

Cheryl couldn't really tell me anything. She did claim my ETA is 2/1 instead of the 2/7 my pizza tracker shows.

do you have a definitive day or a window? I have a window of 1/16-1/22 but when I call it sounds like it isn't moving until 1/22
I'm trying to be patient but this likely means that I won't get it until Monday. I have a trip Saturday that I was hoping to have it for. Boo.

If anybody is gonna call CS Id say the time to do it is now......if you can get Karen, she seems to know the tricks to get all the info......even down to the rail car number.

Just got Karen and she was definitely more knowledgeable. Mine is showing produced and it's waiting to be inspected according to her. She was honest and said she didn't think the 2/7 estimated delivery is accurate and it could be March before it gets to me.
