Hey @RDUBronco another local! Love that we have a little batch of NC'ers in this group!

@Msitayem I would love to do a meet up at some point. Id only be willing to do trails that a no locker OBX can do on standard tires. I planned to change out to 33" A/Ts but Im going to wait for now. Seeing some warranty denials due to both minor leveling lifts and tire upgrades has me paranoid. I want to atleast wait a bit, lol.

I also have no intentions of smacking up my 50k vehicle so but DO want to hit some easy trails.

Trust me, I have no intentions of breaking my brand new vehicle if I want to go crazy wheeling I'd rather buy something 20 years old to do that in.

Exactly! I cringe when I watch youtube videos and they are banging up a fully loaded 60k+ badlands or wildtrack with like 200 miles on it. No thank you, lol.

Boerne is awesome, I would love to retire there but I think it will have to be somewhere like Costa Rica now I like driving my retirement fund.

I went to SEMA a couple years back and saw a Mercedes g63 4x4² in a booth and it was all scratched up. Talked to the owner and he actually put it to use if you got it like that, go for it. I definitely don't though so I'll be a poser I guess

It is a very addicting hobby.
My wife will not drive with me off road.
She says I tend to get carried away.. I have no idea why she would say that.
