Alright, so my rail car is officially just a state away—NE corner of Arkansas. Of course, Texas is huge…but now I’m starting to believe the estimated train arrival of 1/19. Hopefully railyard to dealer is fast, and I can be driving that sucker by late next week!

Train departed this morning. Looks like it might head to Omaha first and then over to Des Moines, where its almost to Granger... all speculation, but nice to see it head out of Kansas City.
It arrived in Omaha. Looks like you're onto something.

I'll admit to having a bias, but I wonder if Ford prioritized green builds for the first batch of the 2022s. Green usually has a relatively low take rate, but there are a lot of green vehicles being posted (mine included).

Been reading these forums for years, but never had anything much to add. First day res holder and 12/20/2021 build group. 2 door Black Diamond just arrived today and couldn’t be happier. She was definitely worth the wait. Keep up the faith all you other 1st dayers. Glad I didn’t change the options to get a faster build. Makes today even sweeter!

How does the blue interior accents and green go together?

5am Sunday update. No new update on the Bronco. Stuck in limbo with “In Production.” Sold the Mini Cooper to Carmax. They honored the online price. Very easy transaction just takes a while when crowded.

Ditto how did you get the cross bars already?
Had to opt for 2.3, because the roof rails are bolted right on to each of the four valves... If you had 2.7 you'd have 2 too many valves and the V angle would make it crooked on your roof [insert smart guy finger pointing at head gif] Seriously, still don't get the logic behind this incompatibility. Thus far, not disappointed with peppiness of 2.3. Turbo gives it a lot of low end torque.

I ordered all the restricted stuff. Supposedly got paint protection too. I guess being first day pre-website crash reserve helped. Or, the restrictive items aren't as restricted as they've been made out to be.

same here, in production with no other update. I sold my outlander to Vroom..which was very easy. But while driving my eclipse spyder guy yesterday a Silverado merged into my lane n put me into a curb.
Really could use this truck right now

How did the price protection work for you on the final price?
To be completely honest I’m not exactly sure. They didn’t really go over how any of it worked or show me any certificate. I also didn’t really think of it, just too excited to make the deal and happy I was at MSRP. I have to go back some time next week for spray liner and I can ask.

I’m not a huge fan, but it’s not as bad as I thought it would be. The beadlocks are the bigger issue for me. Those are getting painted black asap.
My plan too. How do you plan to ensure the paint sticking? That’s my concern. Definitely painting them ASAP

I would say since they are removable take them and powder coat them. It should be fairly inexpensive.
