Yep. We're selling a 2020 Impreza hatch with low mileage, and the used dealer we're selling it to is paying almost $5k more than what we bought it for new.

Recently sold my Fusion to Carvana for $200 more than I paid for it 3 years ago. Now is a great time sell.
My wife’s lease on her Atlas is done in June. I plugged it into Carvana and they’re offering just under $11k more than what her buyout is.

The initials are "TTGX". Next prompt is the number, which is whatever follows "TTGX". Alternatively, check @Alvin Olson 's earlier post for a keypad option so you don't have to talk to the automated system.

I was just saying something very similar. I was exposed to unknown Covid 3 x at work over the last week and I figured between snow, bank holiday, my work schedule and/or getting sick my Bronco is sure to arrive.

Re-typing the keypad thing because it's easier on mobile for me:
Step one is to mute the line. It doesn't like extra background sounds.
First prompt is something about location and weight - push "1"
Second prompt is the initial - if your initials are TTGX, type "81814192"
Next prompt is the railcar number - mine is TTGX971817 so I type "971817". Type your 6-digit number.
Last prompt is asking about additional car numbers - type "##".

Should hear your bb's location.
