Ok so just got off the phone with Ford customer service...Everybody stuck "in production" who hasn't shipped yet I recommend calling to see if you get the same response.

The very nice lady on the phone told me that it went into production on the 4th and it's still in production, then said "wait no it's going into production on the 27th" so I have no idea wtf is going on, backdoor link still shows 12/20, my mods have already popped, but my guess is there was some part that held up the build and they won't be able to get to it until the 27th.
When I called yesterday the person told me it's still in production, which could take a few days to 3 weeks (!).

First time caller, long time listener. Thank you all for such great info and digital comraderie. It's made the loooong wait much more tolerable and fun.

I love how each page / system displays slightly (or very) different information. Pizza tracker (when it's working) shows Shipped with a 1/23 delivery date. Backdoor shows Shipped with a 1/17-23 delivery date. Palsapp shows no destination nor destination name and status as Pending. Calling CSX and I find my railcar was released from Toledo, Ohio on November 17(!), about 7+ week before my Bronco was built in Michigan.

It wasn't until I called BNSF's tracer line that I found out my train arrived in Valdosta, GA this evening around 10pm ET. That's less than 2.5 hours from where we are.

I really think Ford needs a better customer-facing tracking / tracing system.

Hopefully, my order / build / delivery saga is nearing the end. Really excited to actually get my truck as my family is pretty sick of hearing about it.

Now I just need to decide between the BFG K02s vs. the Falken Wildpeaks (to replace the SAS Goodyears) and then take it to JAX to get wrapped in PPF!

I just talked to my dealer and he said my bronco is built and waiting to be shipped. Estimated delivery 1/14-1/19 built 1/04. One tracker still has in production one doesn't.

UPDATE: Spoke to my dealer this morning and Ford's system is showing the railcar (and my Bronco) still in Michigan. It seems to magically be in two places, however...when I called Norfolk Southern this morning, it's now in Jacksonville, FL (closer to me than it was last night). The dealer acknowledged that the tracking systems are f'ked and we'll see it whenever it gets to the dealership.

Can't Ford just pay FedEx or UPS to build them a tracking system? We know they work...

This morning the palsapp tracker said it was dispatched today. I just checked it again and it said delivered. I immediately texted my salesman and he said they were unloading it as he was typing.

Ford Bronco 🛠 12/20/21 Build Week Group 7A6AD129-1D55-4835-AD16-FA035EF727C7

No emails from Ford saying it was even built, no baby pic and both trackers still just say built…lol. I’m glad everyone on this page is sneaky enough to do our own investigating.

With any luck I will hopefully have my Bronco in my possession tonight! 😁

What number did you call? I don't mind waiting, I'd just like to know a rough time frame.

If it's July 2022, tell me now. But not knowing is giving me anxiety.

Oh I'm fully aware that ford's tracking systems never tie and are a mess. But my post was more geared towards the ones who still show in production on Ford's internal systems and who's vehicle status codes are still showing 'PROD'

That's my issue. If they told me hey this is what's going on, its gonna take a few weeks be patient, i'd be perfectly okay with it. just not being aware of wtf is going on bothers me.

This type of shit wouldn't fly with a small business. If i told you i was building you a product on a certain day that takes 2 days to build, and gave you a date then just went dead silent while you wait, you'd cancel your order and tell all your friends to never deal with me lol.

i've gotten helpful people, and not so helpful people before just a heads up. also, was only on hold for like 5 minutes.

Give the dealer a call. I sat on it when mine said delivered and they called me later that afternoon. Said it wasn't actually there, and that they get invoiced prior to being dropped off. They finally called for me to pick up the next afternoon and it had 24 miles on it. I think someone at the dealer took advantage of getting one night in a new EG OBX.

I've been fortunate to have mine since 1/4, but when you all finally start getting them in take a good look around at the build craftsmanship. I got the Leather Seats and the back seats where very poorly constructed. Leather not pulled tight at all. Corner padding off. Dealer has already placed the claim to replace them on warranty. Hopefully I am a one off, as that happens with every product in every industry. But I worry that Ford has gone hyperdrive trying to finally get these things out the door and paid for.
