I believe it is called a visibility report. My dealer looked up my order by vin and I saw the screen which showed the status (shipped rail) and rail car number.
I'm not sure what the name of the database is, but this is the page my dealer printed off. Yellow circle is the info you need to track it through CSX
So for some reason some of the rotation numbers are weird and they won’t line up perfectly with the place in line so I ordered from blend date to place in line to rotation number and I think that’s the best I can do… sorry!
Yeah I don't think some people have ever used a shared document before.....

I saw that too. It is almost perfect and substantially more than I could have done. I can actually look at it now and make some conclusions based on the sorted information. Thank you for working on it, I can regain some sanity now.

Mine is right but i must have highlighted my blend date and i cant fix it hahaha. Not familiar with the spreadsheet program on my ipad, lol.
it looks fine on my end! just as long as everything is in the correct order you can do whatever you want!
