All manuals since early 2000’s I believe have the “skip shift” programmed into their computers. I’ve never once ran into that issue in my Viper or Mustang - drive them the way they were meant to be driven - not for fuel economy and you’ll never hit the “skip shift” requirements.

I believe the mod site is not a live site, it is an archival site for techs and engineers to obtain the OEM setting. For when someone messes with setting and messing things up..such as trying to engage GOAT modes that dont come on your package.that is why there is a DOWNLOAD option .Thats why it s says AS BUILT. So mods may have populated, just not archived, so its like another FORD TRACKER.
Carvana just offered me $667 for my modified and heavily maintained Forester XT that is up for public sale with people constantly messaging me for it at it's current price of 7.8k. I'm glad they worked for you but Carvana can suck it

I know it's a Subaru and all but damn. The transmission alone cost me 4k and has a lifetime warranty. I did it for hahas and I guess it worked cause I laughed when I saw that number.
They seem to only offer anything worth considering on low mileage vehicles.

Ah, that also seems likely. The wife's Yaris is 6 years old and only has 65k on it.
That’s 100% the reason why. They don’t sell high mileage cars.
