The ROUSH Bronco intake arrived from LETHAL PERFORMANCE (quite quickly, might I add) and I just had to get it installed. It’s super straight forward. 4, T30 Torx and the old lid comes off. Remove and replace the stock air filter for the larger unit provided. Install the rubber gasket on the new lid. Then bang the 4 Torx screws back on.

*I didn’t install the ROUSH badge.* I don’t like the way it’s oriented. Without the badge, the airbox lid looks more OEM+ than aftermarket, if that makes sense.

No driving experience or sound checks yet. I’m too busy for joy rides. So more to come there.

I also checked out the smart engineering done by Ford on the intake track. The water diverters and dump flaps. They learned a lot when FoMoCo owned Land Rover.

Thinking about purchasing but let me know if you think it is worth it for HP, MPG or Turbo Sound. Thank you

Based upon his description even my mechanically challenged ass couldn’t make it take 3 hours 😂

Following. Would love any update too. Thinking about this plus the Roush exhaust and Ford factory tune. Thinking all 3 elements will yield significantly better results. Shouldnt impact the warranty either.

For what it's worth people are not talking highly of this mod on facebook. Just do a quick search there. I for one don't really see any reason to do this mod on a bronco but to each his own.

Whoa.. 3 hours? Maybe if you got started, then took a 2 hour and 45 minute lunch, then came back to finish. It's 15-20 min max.

As I said, Roushes thing claimed 3hrs, not me

I feel like ordering one sooner, shame I held off on some last minute Christmas gifts

Do you have a link to this S and B intake?

Awesome! I plan on ordering mine next week along with the TS BPV. Would have already done so, however I'll be away for Christmas so I don't want the boxes sitting at my porch.
