Dumb question... what does the TEAR TAG actually represent.. does it mean the PCM is actually alive?

Same here. Also, I'm too scared to ask my dealer for my blend date because the last time I did I got the 12/27 -> 1/3 -> 12/27 -> 1/3 bump.

From Napa: "The Tear Tag allows Ford the ability to identify any change made to a vehicle concerning its emission equipment, calibration or any deviation from the standard emissions configuration. It also allows any updates to be controlled and documented".

Its linked to the PCM...Power-train Control Module. It's a tag that will be placed on our PCM.

I can’t even stand how excited I am….it probably just means they are preparing their shipping logs because my modules haven’t fully popped or anything but there’s definitely movement.

I’m hoping there’s going to be a lot more movement for our group today as well.

I see i now have DGA in my tear tag spot. I think DGA = 2Dr, and, DAA = 4 dr.
