Don't wait for the email. Check here to see if you have been scheduled :)
https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId= <--- place order or reservation ID here.

Also verify with your dealer that your 2021 order has been resubmitted as a 2022 with a priority status of 19. They are set as 99 by default and can't be scheduled or built in this status.

You want Priority of 10, not 19. Tell dealer to make it 10.

I have a build date, already verified, and currently in production. My build was a 2022 with 19 (I just ordered it 3 weeks ago) the build I am taking is also a 22.

I’m interested in the land. Good hunting.
I have some swamp land in Louisiana for sale if you want it. It's not above sea level but it's available now with no haggle.

Try to negotiate with them on the $10k markup. Keep in mind they will eventually get your reservation and will be able to mark it up $10k for some other sucker. I’d try to get it down to $3-5k…I’d pay that to have mine sooner.
I agree. I think if it was mine and the same spec came in with a hard top, I would be willing to pay that 3-5k range because I know I plan to buy a hard top eventually and it would cost that much anyways.

Congratulations. Did you pay 10k or negotiate down?

No, I am paying the 10k markup. Some think I’m stupid, but we keep our vehicles for 8-10 years, so it’s not a flip thing for me. I haven’t yet cancelled my soft top order, still trying to make that decision.

Good luck with whatever you end doing. Enjoy the Bronco!

Whoa !
You have a build-date on your original order ?
But you're going ahead to buy the dealer's abandoned order w $10k ADM ?

Maybe I missed something - didn't read entire thread -
Nope, my original order is a soft top no build date in sight, I took the cancelled order which is now in production.

You have one on order with no mark up. They offer you another with a $10k mark up. I must not be too bright, but why would you even consider paying an extra $10k for the same rig?

It’s not the same, it’s hardtop and tow package.

A 20% markup over MSRP on a vehicle that surely will be at MSRP or lower in the next 12 months is just ridiculous. This is not a limited rare vehicle like a Shelby. It’s going to be a mass produced rental car people! It isn’t that special lol.
