I've had an escalated case since November 6th. They said a supervisor was going to call me and never did. Had another case created a week ago with no response and I feel they took the trackers down so people couldn't see how far behind they really are.
I agree!

You just brought us down below 10 left on Dirt Mountain Mike (While also being able to hold the title of last 10 on the hill)!

CONGRATS on the "Built" Status!

As of yesterday (12-11), mine is now sitting in a rail yard in Jacksonville a bit over 40 miles from the dealer in St. Augustine, FL. Never did get a railcar number update from the dealer. When I tried to get one yesterday, they let me know it was no longer on any rail car :). Hoping to take delivery in the next week (or two) contingent on finding a car hauler to finish the last leg.
The Jax rail yard empties rapidly- as in 36 hours usually.

Very good to hear! I’m sure they overestimated the delay so they could have it ready sooner than I expect. Storage fees charged by the Transportation Delivery Service, Inc (TDSI - a unit of CSX) discourage leaving cars there longer than absolutely necessary. 36 hours puts it at Bozard Tuesday afternoon. Woohoo.

It seemed to me that most people who got their built emails received the shipped one a day or so after. Is that what normally occurred? The delivery estimate is 12/15 to 12/21. As I only live about 8 hours away from MAP I can’t imagine it taking that long.

I was officially 'built' on November 3rd (I was a DM detainee); and I was shipped on Nov 16 with an ETA of 12/1... then the ETA changed every day to 12/4, 12/6, 12/10, 12/12, 12/13... so I am not holding my breath that my bronco will arrive at the Dealership today. It was in New Castle, DE on 11/22, which is literally 44 miles from the dealership.

Mine took a little over a week to ship after built email.

Well, I didn’t get the built email. Just checked the tracker the last day it was working and it said built (12/8). My dealer did confirm that for me. I still haven’t seen a shipped email and I am checking Palsapp everyday for truck shipment in case no email comes. Today is one week from built so we shall see!

My dealer told me the same thing even though I can’t get any information from the trackers (not working) and never received the built email either. So far no production line photo either yet.
This is me as well, even so far as saying shipped in the tracker, but never received a built email and I'm a 6/28 blend. It's been showing shipped for over a month now...

Still don’t really believe it, but it’s at the dealership. On a golf trip so will pick up Monday or Tuesday.

Grove 23, Seminole and Bronco all in same week. I’m due for some bad news!
So...As I was worried about, during PDI it was determined the airbag was not replaced. Supposedly the dealer will have one by end of year. I obviously don't blame the dealer, but don't trust this at all! So, I'm now back in the running for last to be delivered (may not be last on DM, but still a win is a win). Keep building Ford, well done!

I’m right there with you. I was built 8/4 and shipped to DM until mid-Oct, only to be released and hit with the recall during transit. It’s been sitting at the dealer since 10/21 with no end in sight and no info from the useless assholes at Ford. I would argue they need to hold off on building since they apparently cannot afford to send 553 Broncos their replacement airbags but to somehow have enough to build thousands more after the fact, including now scheduling MY22 which could receive theirs before we get ours fixed.

Im a first Edition build 8.11 with a finish date of 9/17 but last i was able to track it still showed in production. The last email I got from Ford was that I would get the new top in November. Ive reached out to Ford Marketing before Thanksgiving to be told they were going to escalate my inquiry but of course no one has contacted me. The tracker no longer recognizes my vehicle and I cant get any info from Ford or the Dealership. At this point I don't know if my car actually exists or if I will ever get it. Are others still in the same boat? Anyone have any info at all? Im so sad that those of us who were so enthusiastic are simply being ignored. I just want to really know whats going on.

The tracker works again. My build still says in production since it got built in August 8th. Contacted my dealer and still says pending update. Contacted Bronco support again as they said there is 2 open cases and no information has returned from MAP.

If I did this bad at work I would have been fired months ago.

I'm hanging in there because they people that do receive their Broncos say it's worth it.

Here is to hoping 2022 will be better for the Bronco community. Think I might make my custom plate as '21 ish"
