We finally got the "Built" email early this morning (our blend date was 8/6). No baby picture yet, but estimated delivery by 12/05. No update on the recall yet either, but it appears to have left dirt mountain. Finally.

Well, made it back to Maryland yesterday. With a nice coating of real Michigan and Ohio salt. No real problems on the drive. But did notice a slight burnt rubber smell coming from the left rear. Ill investigate that further, probably make an appointment at a dealer here. But still love this truck. Will make a separate post with more pics

My anger about this is rising. It's getting really hard not to resent this car.

Had to sell my frame-rotted 4Runner for parts last week so now I'm car-less.
