Just got home from shopping yesterday and while opening the back door to get my granddaughter out I noticed a scratch in the rear side window. It's almost like a backwards C. Was hoping it was just a smudge at first but it has texture. I have not used anything to clean them. Just soapy rinse. Haven't parked next to anyone. The only thing I can think is something few up and hit it. But weird being a curved pattern. This is going to kill my OCD. LOL

Sorry for the janky pics. I used macro to show it better.

Yep. Windows are garbage unfortunately. Trying to clean mine after a road trip and I hazed them all up. Planing on buying another set.

And I've been warned that they're likely brittle when frozen...

The first thing I did was jack up my windows! It seems like it is almost impossible not to.

Mine didn’t seem brittle last year at all. But I’m sure as they age they will be.

The Bestop windows are just as bad. I had all my windows laying directly on top of each other in my backseat for a weekend and holy hell.

When you leave them out....
I was just trying to clean them. Obviously the wrong way. I also bought the Mabbett case for them and that jacked them up because you have to fold in the plastic sides of the rear window. It had padding for that but it still left marks. That case also left white fuzz all over them. I sent it back.

I had my windows stored in a Mabett bag all summer and didn’t have any problems. Probably depends on what you do with the bag after the windows are in it.

Put them in the basement unless we're taking a long trip... Lol. Then, I'll hang them behind the front seats...

Windows have to be clean to go in bags. Otherwise, dirt and dust will scratch them sliding in and out
