Missing Accessories / Parts in Bronco Aftermarket?

Are you using the alignment pin that Ford gives you? It looks like a little top and you screw it into the bottom hinge. Then, once you get it aligned, put the top bolt it, unscrew the alignment pin, put the bottom bolt in, done.

I'd imagine without the alignment pin, getting the doors back on would be hell. With the pin, it's super easy.

These tops shouldn't be difficult and I don't think they are, I think the real problem is the number of places set up to manufacture them, or lack of.

Think of all the companies making RVs, trailers and campers, not to mention boats and truck toppers.

This isn't rocket science, somewhere along the lines, this country lost its ability to actually make things quickly when needed.

Your statement totally ignores engineering hours, tooling, productions facilities, safety standards and more. None of what you mentioned as a supposed pre-existing solution directly translates to designing an entire rear cabin for the Bronco. Do I really want this? Yes. I loved our old Disco 3 and this would regain that utility for my wife and I. Do Expect a good solution in 6 months or even a year for under $5 or 10k? Not in my wildest dreams.

A canvas dump bag that attaches to the side of the spare tire, to be used as a trash bag.

Plenty that go on the wheel surface, therefore blocking the backup camera. I want one that straps around the tread and sits next to the spare

Not the greatest picture to show details, but I mounted a trash bag on the tread of the spare tire attaching it to the spare tire shelf and the wheel and tire. Works great and doesnt block the camera.

There was a company on here 2-3 years ago showing off these lockable molle-panel storage things that would replace the side windows. I really don't recall the company name. Not exactly what we're looking for here, but I bet it could be adapted...

Am still looking for a door jack/lift device (sorry I'm not very handy so won't be making my own) that can lift and replace the doors without breaking my back or scratching the doors (and yes, I do use the guide pins)...
