I am not wild about the Wildtrak hood graphic but the model is the one that has the other trim features I want and also sport mode. I have not come across a way to not have it applied, so that leads to the question of how difficult will it be to remove? Anyone with experience have any insight to share?

It’s a pretty big decal on the hood. Just make sure it sits out in the sun for a period of time. It’s easy to do but you don’t want to if the paint job is just a few weeks old.

I thought the WT decals were optional?

It will peel right off when the car is new. You need the temp around 75-80. Don't peel it when it gets above 85 as it will leave residue on the car

Might be easier and safer on the paint to trade hoods with someone who wants it. Maybe get a couple cases of beer out of it as well.

You can buy a heat gun ( just be very careful not to over heat the paint ). Or use a hairdryer probably safer if your not experienced with a heat gun. Once it gets warm you can start peeling it off. Then wax the area. I have always taken off decals off my cars. I'm still up in the air on my Wildtrak decal.

When I ordered mine, my dealer said they would remove it for me at the dealership and that it would not be an issue for their guy.
