When and how often should I do a tire rotation?

This. My experience has been every 5k miles will give you the best wear on these A/T tires. Get those tires rotated sir, good luck

I just bought my '22 and it has 15K miles and i have no idea if the spare has ever been off the vehicle. Is 15k miles to much to do the 5 tire rotation if it hasn't been swapped before?

Me, I’d wait until you buy your next set (IF you go with same tire) and the rotate spare in. You s/b easily able to see if the spare has been on the ground or not by lack of tread wear.
PS congrats on you new (to you) Bronco. Get ready for miles of smiles

I just did my first oil change and first 5 tire rotation at 6500mi on my sas equipped rig.

I checked the tread depth and the spare had about a 1/4” more tread than the other 4 tires. I was shocked at how much rubber I’ve chewed through in 6k miles. I guess I better start saving for a new set of tires now….and also shopping for a better tire than these stock tires.

I drive mostly highway miles. Maybe 800 miles on gravel/ forest service roads.

They wear fast for sure. I was replacing BFG K02s every 20k miles on my 2018 Raptor…they just didn’t hold up well. Part of the issue is they were C rated tires which I suspect are too light for a 6k lb. truck. Went with Toyo Open County AT llls on the Bronco, at 7K miles they appear to be wearing better than the K02, time will tell.
