What does Blue Island Illinois mean?

After getting postponed weekly since 12-9-22 it shipped 1-14-23
Updated by dealer on 2-2-23 that it was still in Blue Island Illinois. (4 hours from Detroit )

And as far as I can tell it’s still in Blue Island.

Is Blue Island code for “we lost your Bronco”?

Did anyone else’s just sit at Blue Island forever?

I sat there for about 3 days. Then sat at a bigger train yard (North Platte, Nebraska) for 5 days. But mine is on the move again and should be through the Rockies and into Utah by the morning.

It means that we are screwed.

Built 12/13 and then spent 5 weeks at Ramp 51 before "shipping" on 1/20; last I heard it's at Blue Island (the most deceiving place you can google). Ford can build it in a day but it takes 2 months to move it a little down the road, so frustrating.

Not sure how it got there but my dealer just responded that it hit the San Diego port and usually takes a week or less until they get it. Woohoo, finally unexpected good news.
