Ordered this from a vendor on Etsy. Looked great when it arrived but white letter discolored within two months. Would like to order replacement through you but would like to be assured it won’t happen again before I spend more $$$

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with another vendor.
At a quick glance, it looks like tire shine/oil may have bled through. It's possible that the previous vendor may have forgotten to mention the importance of cleaning your spare tire before applying the cover - might be worth reaching out to them!

Our tire covers come with a 1-year warranty. So if you run into any issues like this, we'll send a replacement!

Thank you for the information. Nothing was shared about cleaning the spare prior to install. The discoloration is exactly where the cover contacts the tire and the other graphics with no contact are fine. I did contact the other vendor but they will not respond. Assuming you can recreate the same graphics? I will replace through your company if you can do it!
