I get that, but the manufacturer has to live with the parts through a 36 month/36000 mile warranty. Aftermarket parts usually 90 days or maybe a year.

I wanted to add that Morimoto is now not even responding to requests for replacements, just ignoring emails completely. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they also don't care with no response. Basically, this one is over for them and as a company, they are not in good standing with the BBB.
So, just do not buy from this company!!!

I too have had the same issues as OP and now with my 3rd set getting green in the halo, bought them 3/23 so these are real POS's! Anyway wanted to update you on your response note, I emailed them the same email string from the other 2 replacements that had my original invoice and no response for a week. Called today and spoke to someone quickly and he sent me a new email to get a warranty replacement started, said something about the old email being 90 days or older and their email system does something weird. I received the new email with him on the phone so if you want a replacement set give them a call.
I'm done as well and already bought a set of OEM Signature lights since I did the trade in program with my originals but wanted to get a working set in case I need a back up or trade my Bronco.
