We received multiple calls from the original poster here and we explained in detail, we could either:
-Have the product sent back, minus a 20% restock fee, we'd waive the shipping cost we incurred to ship to the original poster. These are big and shipping is pricey. We did this in good faith to try to help accommodate.
-Send the product back in an even exchange for a new product(s) for equal value and we'd ship at no charge.
When we explained this and the original poster did not like those options, he then went on to tell us that he would be slamming us everywhere he was able.
We have always charged a 20% restock fee for returns that are in condition that is resalable. This covers freight, packaging and labor to process. We don't make money on restocking fees, this is just required to cover our costs. Our website does clearly state that we charge restocking fees, this has always been our policy.
