I just took delivery of a 2021 F250XL Crew regular bed... the 7.3L is the ticket. Rated for about 15k bumper pull... I am averaging about 14mpg in the first 1000 miles

I agree. Unless you need to tow the planet around I’d go for the 7.3
The Godzilla Motor?
I have a different 7.3 in my 97 F250 and have loved it since I got it in December of 1997.
If you want to burn gas the new 7.3 is your ticket.

Agreed since tuning is all underground now. I’m putting my 12 6.7 with a tune in the pasture if my bronco ever arrives.

Nice truck. Now I'm waiting on somebody to say it's not big enough or something like fuel mileage sucks, or etc. etc. I have a 2017 with the 6.7 and it's a pulling machine!

Everything I’m seeing is around 13-15 with tremor package 7.3L and on the normal 7.3L trucks quite a number of people doing 16-17 HWY. Color me insanely impressed with fuel economy on the gasser.

Everything I’m seeing is around 13-15 with tremor package 7.3L and on the normal 7.3L trucks quite a number of people doing 16-17 HWY. Color me insanely impressed with fuel economy on the gasser.
I just needed the diesel because I tow my Excavators and track loaders. The Link Belt excavator alone is 19,100 lbs. If I wanted a SD to ride around in and tow 12-15K I'd be all over that 7.3 gas. I can't wait unit someone puts one in a Bronco!

Pretty happy the way my work truck turned out.. I get more compliments from random people than any other vehicle I have owned. Winch is on backorder, fuel tank still needs to be mounted. Hose reel and tool boxes done.

Or unless you live out here at higher altitude. Gasser is not the way to go then.
