Here you go. I just went out to the garage.

Mine was the same way. If you see on the top picture the right anchor is aligned all the way to one side. Just tap that sucker over to the left when it is in the down position. When they were put on the rod, evidently they are super tight and it appears not to go over more, but there is room to go over the 1/8 inch you need, without forcing it. I know it sounds too simple to be true, but it worked for me.

This is weird. I personally don’t have this problem. 🤷‍♂️ It does get close though:

I want to talk about the light in the center. I am pretty sure my lights are different and I have a blue light up there somewhere. Why is mine different?

I had to kit mine fairly hard to get it to move... but it did move in further..

Is there anyway you can set the mirror to the right or will it be the same situation with other side?

I know how important is the sun visor specially on the I-10 on summer. The Sun literally can blind you in the morning or in the afternoon depending where you're headed to.
Seems there is plenty of room on the right. The mirror is not dead center I would say its a good inch or two roughly eyeballing left of center.

Yes I-10 is brutal.

Completely different gremlin, both keys are in the house and the sync just started playing music when I opened door.
That’s a lovely sync quirk that happens……I’ve turned it off on my 2011 Super Duty because it would turn the music player on on my phone and drain the battery if you didn’t shut it off…..even does it when you are listening to the radio.

I did it on mine and now I can use both without hitting the mirror. I just move it to the right and it work.

Pretty late to this party (just got our 12/2 blend a few days ago) but ours was in this scenario too.

When the visor was clipped into the stay, it was not centered and looked like it was further from the A pillar than it should be (both visors actually).

After reading this thread, I did keep trying to get the ball joint that's closer to the windshield to move and it eventually did. Readjusted and now I have about 2mm of clearance.

Thanks.
