Soft top loose piece

Hello all - I have a rattle when my soft top is in position 2 and I believe I have identified the source. The piece that latches into place has two silver knobs on each side. One of the two on the passenger side appears to be loose and I cannot figure out how to tighten. Does anyone have any idea? The piece is shown in the pictures both on the vehicle and removed.
