Here's my 2025 Raptor I got new about 6 months ago. Left over stock is always a better deal. I do wish it had the A pillar grab handles like the '26s though. In the last few months I've added:
-2.5" RPG lift collars
-17x9 Fuel Rebels (ehh)
-40x13.50r17 Toyo Open County MT
-Ford Procal Tuner
-Removed the code orange decals
-Sprayed the skid plate and bumper (and now tow hooks) with bedliner
-Tuffy Deluxe Cargo Enclosure (this is the best if you run with the top off frequently)
-DV8 Overhead Molle Panel
-DV8 Rear Window Molle Panels
I have a few little things on the way as well as a bumper and roof rack. I thought by getting the Raptor I wouldn't feel the need to change anything. I was wrong.
And it next to my '23 Wildtrak I traded in. I miss the two door honestly.

I almost went your route, leftover 25 Raptor, but ultimately I bought a 26.
