Found your thread, doing some searches for my info. Not much out there, so hope this helps someone else searching in the future...

I bought some Sasquatch take-offs and wanting to black out the caps. Rather than rattle-can them with black paint or tint, I decided to buy some plain black ones on amazon. I wanted measurements so providing that, as well as part number info:

measurements - these are what I'm using to buy a set on amazon:
inner: about 61.2mm inner
lug-to-lug: about 65mm
top cover: about 65mm
