Received Scheduled Email in error?

I received my email on March 23rd for a May 1st production date and my tracker kept saying 'invalid VIN". I checked with my dealer and Ford customer service and was told I have no VIN and am still unscheduled. I haven't received the email from ford saying it was an error, but I am assuming it was. My wait continues.......

I was in the same boat, 3/23 scheduling email with a 4/24 production. It took the tracker 4 weeks to start working and then I received an email from Ford on 4/25 saying my production date was changing to 5/29. If you didn't receive the error email maybe you are still good.

Did you ask your dealer if it was it said scheduled or not in his computer when your tracker wasn't working?

He gave me no info other than that the priority code had changed to a 2. I don't believe the dealer can see any scheduling info, but I can be wrong about that. At least that was what he told me.
