Rear windshield leak

Hi,
Water leaks on the inside of my rear window on my 4 door hardtop. Is there a fix or some type of additional rubber seal?

any help would be appreciated.

I had leaks too. Cleaned it. Better but not water tight. Though there’s a drain in the Jack compartment it tends to hold water quite well.
