RC Power Running Boards installation issues...?

Just curious if anyone else has had issues/difficulties installing the Rough Country Power Running Boards.

Once installed, the passenger side is working correctly, while the driver's side is opposite (open when the doors are closed) or not doing anything at all.

A replacement part is being overnighted to hopefully correct the issue. I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem....

I'm having the same problem. My passenger side works as it should but I'm getting nothing from the drivers side board. Rough Country is sending me a new module but they don't know if this will fix the problem. What did your fix end up being?

I honestly don't know what the problem was. We ended up unhooking everything and re-doing it. It worked fine then and has worked perfectly since then!

I just installed Rough Country and had the same issue. I moved the magnetic location a bit and finally found the right spot. Now, everything is working fine.
