RC nudge bar ?

hi all!

Quick question, i have a base sas 2 door. The only options were v6 (auto) and SAS. So of course i have the crappy plastic bumper. I wish ford would make the modular bumper a kit and orderable but that's beside the point. I'm looking at the RC nudge bar and have a question about fitment.

The lower bars that go down to the plastic skid plate, is the plastic cut so the bar tucks in behind it? or sits flush on it? it appears this way on the RC site pictures:

but when i search for installed pictures on this site they seem to have this big ugly gap:

so is there really a large gap like this? ^^

Yup.

I had the plastic bumper too and was looking at that same one - decided against it in large part because of that.

I hope you have good luck finding a takeoff. I did the Chinesium Mod bumper version from Amazon, was inexpensive and not too hard to put together - only way you can really tell it isn't Ford is the bolts don't say "Bronco" on them.
