Production Week Change

Hi guys. I got scheduled for production for the week of July 25th. Already got my confirmation email with my VIN number (finally, day 1 reservation order). Just checked back on the website and realized that I have been pushed back for production for the week of August 1st. Is this the normal way it has been for everyone? Being scheduled and then pushed back? And when the week of August 1st finally comes, does anyone have any clue how long it takes to actually be built and shipped? Thanks for your input. I'm just glad there seems to be some progress.

Yup, it’s normal. Some people have been pushed once, others have never been pushed… and the unlucky among us have been pushed 5+ times.

It takes less than 48 hours for a vehicle to be built, and then it’ll usually ship within 1 week. Obviously there could be delays on the production side (like a microchip shortage), or there could be delays on the shipping side. But normally it should be build and shipped within a week.

6/06 to 6/13 with a 6/18 build day then to 6/27 week with a 6/28 build day and currently sitting on a 6/30 build day as of now.
