Problems with TargeGuard protective windshield film?

Anyone else have issues with TargeGuard protective windshield film? I installed film on Sept 28 with absolutely NO bubbles. The next morning I noticed a few very small bubbles about the size of a ball point pen. These bubbles grew and are everywhere now (Oct 2)

It looks like something was on the windshield. The pattern looks like a bit like asplatter pattern. Something may be there that's not allowing the film to adhere maybe. I guess that would mean you maybe missed a spot on the windshield when cleaning maybe ?

The night I installed it, there were no bubbles at all. I cleaned it three times like the video said, now they are popping up everywhere. I followed directions per install video to the letter. It looked great when I was finished
