OBX rim/tire upgrade question

Cant stand the minivan tires on my new OBX(picture was a little misleading)

I am looking at upgrading to 305/70/17. the stock 18 inch times won’t work so I am looking for Badlands rims or aftermarket.

does anyone know what modifications will be needed?
