Newbie question about hood tie-downs

Can the hood be opened with limb-risers in place? The upper mounting points are closer together than the width of the hood, right? I’m curious because I’m picking my Badlands up in the next week and want to add them.

Depends on where you attach the trailing ends of the clothesline and how wide you need to open your hood which begs the question, why open the hood? Nothing user serviceable under there
