In market for Bronco 4 door..looking at Big Bend/ Outer Banks/ Black Diamond..
Was getting ready to order one upcoming
Trying to keep price 45,500 - 50,000
Wanted Velocity Blue but saw Eruption Green( wife likes blue better I think)
Question is I found a green in Black diamond with 2.3 (which is engine I want..had it in explorer and was happy with it)
I never realized the mpg on Black diamond was different ( window sticker shows 18 city and hwy)..is that a game changer I don't know
But I think I can get it at msrp..would that be good
Has the med.package
I'm on fence
Don't think it will be used off road much..any advice appreciated..also comes with both tops..I don't care for soft top much but it's included

I'd take that all day long over a non-Sasquatch BB, BD or OB

Your opinion. I say save the money on squatch for better upgrades unless you're seriously off roading.

Yes MSRP is still a decent deal. I think it will still be a while longer if not MY2024 before we see sub-MSRP pricing become common.

If this is a toy / second or third vehicle, Base+Sasquatch. If this is a daily driver first, Big Bend w/mid package or OBX. Something in between, Black Diamond. Highly recommend at least Mid Package for a daily driver.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. If you like and/or at least find acceptable the deal you can get on this hardtop Black Diamond, I say go for it. Otherwise you might be waiting months or a year or more (who knows) for something else. You could probably sell the soft top to recoup a few bucks if you don't want it.

The dual tops option is overpriced compared to buying after sale, but the Bestop Trektop is high quality. Agree w/the previous commenter that you could get some money for it.

I personally like the optional BD wheels, I think they look great.

If you're not ever going off-road, could save a bit with a Big Bend Mid or get a bit more with an OBX for the money. The perk of the BD is the included rock sliders, steel bumpers and bash plates for off road use. I generally think of the BD as the off-road value package.
