I have a 2023 outer banks. Before the 90 day free trial ran out on the navigation. I paid the $80.00 to extend it for a year. Now it won’t work, display says i need pay for activation. Ford can’t get it to work and can’t figure it out. It has been in the garage for 40 days now. Even the main ford tech on this can’t figure out what is wrong. Anyone else having this issue.
