Missing pieces from the cargo area

Hi, I picked up my Outer Banks edition a week ago and when I took a closer look at the cargo area when I got home, it appears that something is missing on both sides. Just looks unfinished (and ugly). Driver side has a rectangular tube like a holder for a cargo cover, which is not there. Passenger side looks like something was glued in and lost. Wondering if anyone can take photos of the sides of the back cargo area so I know what it should look like. My dealer has been totally unhelpful.

the one on lh side is where the wiring connector and wash hose get stored with top off to prevent damage,the other side looks like the trim panel is missing.
