I seem to recall , and I spent time trying to locate the thread (couldn't find it ), that at one time when ford was heavily involved with their people at the Webasto facility that the target at that time was 300 mic tops per day.
the question I have , hopefully for insiders to answer, is
First -- what is the target production based on , 24/7 , and what is it in QC approved units per day.
Second-- what is the production number of QC approved tops currently coming out of the factory
Third-- what is the maximum number of QC approved tops that they believe can be produced.
I hope we can get an answer, but the "cone of silence" might be applied to any discussions concerning this information.
I am affected as are most of us by this fiasco, my "sure thing" early delivery original fcst - that's in the shitter and I am now hoping for a early 22 delivery , I saw a 4 dr soft top and sat in it -- no way for me to have a soft top for my activities , especially in CT and NY winters.
