Looking for a welder/fabricator

Need to get some RSE brackets either modified or refabbed to work with a body lift (basically need them 3/4” shorter). Any either is or know/recommend a decent welder/fab guy (or gal)? Preferably in Central CA area but can travel a bit for good work.

Found a local guy - was able to cut the rear bracket in half vertically and reweld to just shorten it. Front bracket we re-created out of an old leaf spring.
