Ford sent out an email that price guarantee is only for reservations before March 31, 2021, but they were taking reservations in the system after that date, so why not guarantee pricing for all reservations made up to the announcement?
I knew when I created my order, that I was/am far down the line, but things changed (a new job) and I felt I could justify the cost, so I reserved one knowing that I would be waiting a year or so. And since then, my Tacoma has been totaled, thankfully I wasn't in it when it happened, but I'm down to a Mazda3 and a motorcycle, so waiting will suck, but I'm just saving more for the down.
Some of you really have a handle on how the whole order/% of converted orders and etc. works, is it looking like as time goes by reservations will move up?
The main reasons for putting in a reservation is a manual is a must, and a base 2 dr too and I felt that given the option, most dealer will want to stock the more expensive units, hence my order. If by the time they get to my order I can upgrade with the Sasquatch, I probably will do that, but I'm also cool with taking just a base if it's speeds things up.
Also, maybe some the ADM dealers will be outed or that mess done by then???
